Krista has been in practice as a Life Coach for over fifteen years. Work in this field helped her to make time to return to school where she achieved her Bachelor's degree in Human Services Management, followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Professional Counseling. Krista is licensed and practices as a Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Nevada.

Krista obtained her certification in Quality Improvement as a way of ensuring her own client records and business records are maintained at the highest standards. Her passion for providing ethical services with integrity have translated into her consulting business where she enjoys helping other business owners to create and maintain systems, processes, and records that will support and ensure the highest quality delivery of services.

Krista has taught workshops and classes for over ten years in subjects such as communication, organizational psychology, anger management, conflict resolution, and counselor education. She enjoys helping people and organizations to improve their knowledge base as well as their internal operations.
